Janmashtami is the most sacred festival in the Vaishnava calendar — the celebration of the appearance of Lord Sri Krishna in this world.
Programme: 18:00 Special arati and abhisheka — 20:00 Drama depicting the birth of Krishna — 23:30 Midnight arati — 00:00 Grand prasadam feast.
Fasting until midnight is observed by devotees on this day. The celebration continues the following day (Nandotsava) with prasadam and festivities.
This is one of the largest gatherings of the year — come and celebrate with hundreds of devotees and guests!
